We need to give customers the capability to not have to meet with us if they don't want to, but also give them the opportunity to meet with those that do want to meet with us. And like Samantha said, where they are like we do home visits and things like that. We're home homebound people, but we have to make it easier. There's no sense in working as hard as our processors work whenever there's capabilities to make it a lot easier.
