Streamlining Application Processing

0:00So we we do we get a paper application and then they have we have 30 days from the time we receive it to process it and a lot of that 30 days if it's can't be immediately processed because it's missing things it's tracking down the documents and it's just back and forth back and forth. >> So so this uh this is really cool. This this solves like my biggest issue that I'm having right now. So, I'm I'm sitting on about I don't know 400 applicants or so. And from like my audit that I did yesterday, I'm guessing that about a hundred of those, maybe a 100 of those was were uploaded with documents where they have all the documents, right? So, systematically when I look at it, this thing's good to go. I can process it. But what we're going to run into is people just uploaded a picture of a cat or they didn't sign something, right? and and those are the like solving for that to be like, hey, I see you submitted this application form, but there's no signature on it. That alleviates a huge, huge burden that we'll be working through for the next couple weeks right
