What was resonating with you and what were the kind of problems you were thinking about the whole thing? Absolutely, it was workload and getting clients contacted. Um one of the biggest things about helping clients is the follow-up. Getting the paperwork you need, information you need so that we are meeting those program and government requirements. And so we understand that our clients are in a volatile position when they come in. They need immediate help. But we also got to check these boxes to make sure we're meeting all these requirements. And so we needed something to facilitate all that volume that was coming in. So while Burpee
0:42Place is mighty, we have a really small staff and we get in up to 700 more people per week through our doors, through our food bank, and coming in for assistance. So I needed a way for people to be able to answer calls, to also be downstairs to see people. And one way to do that was with Burtel. Burtel could actually answer the phone and then decipher what program they needed, who they needed to talk to, or if they just needed to know if it was just the open hours and our address. So we're not even we're gaining back that time that we were telling them how to find our building. Also it was just those small uh giving our team back that time so we could focus more on clients and passions
