0:00Sometimes you have the barrier of just the digital divide. Not everybody has access to telephones or computers or laptops, things that we readily, you know, tell people go online and do this. Well, that's a difficult ask if you don't have access. So, we're attempting to remove those barriers, which is the greatest thing that we see as a challenge for folks that need our services.
