That's something that's happening, you know, at your doctor's office. Every time you schedule a doctor's appointment, you're asked to fill out a form. You know, when I get a tattoo, I'm asked to fill out a form online. And it, you know, we're still requiring all of that information to be collected orally by a case, you know, the case manager dictating it.
